that's your problem
you haven't been changing your eating habits.
anyone that wants abs for examples, no that abs are made in the kitchen.
what?
That means more or likely (if it's correct) that 60% of the way to abs is through what you eat.
you need both exercise and a healthy diet.
And when I mean diet, I don't mean starve yourself. You have to make slight subtle changes, and that means staying away from white bread, saturated fat and foods high in trans fat.
Stay away from the sweets or at least limit them. Drink more water.
Be realisitic with your goals in dieting. Don't suddenly cut 500 c alories out of your daily average intake.
The thing about weight loss is that it's actually really easy to lose weight, the challenge however is keeping that weight off! So if you change your diet to something you know that you can't sustain and dislike, weight will return soon after you reach your goals.
so be mindful and think long term about how your decisions in food and activites impact you.
also try some other fun cardio activities, I can imagine doing the same thing gets really tediious.
work hard, eat smart and don't be afriad to eat a sweet or two, it's not the end of the world.
make sure you get the daily reccomended amount of nutrients too!

depending on how long you have been working out, if your still not losing weight after 3-4 weeks, then your diet needs to change. Diet is paramount to losing weight, and don't do to much cardio, your body will become good at it, but you will burn less the better you become at it. Change your gym routine around so your not doing the same exercise two days running, and once a week, have a cheat day where you eat a nice fry up, this will help your body burn calories all through the week, and do some weights and core within your routine, you should see great loses in 3 weeks.
Have you taken measurements? If so is there any difference at all. Before you started working out, have you noticed that you tend to gain a few lbs a year? Have you started taking any medication like the pill?
Depending on your eating habits it's possible that you actually eat too much, hence gain a few lbs a year and by working out you're just balancing that out so your weight stays constant. Think back what you ate yesterday and keep track of what you eat today and then enter it into a calorie calculator(be honest don't fool yourself). Assuming you're a student, without exercise you'd need about 1700 cal a day to maintain your weight. With what you now do you should roughly get to the same amount of calories to lose weight.
There is also tons of medicine that can lead you to gain weight, ask your doctor

"I have not changed my eating habits"
You didn't say whether your diet is clean or not. I'm assuming not. Diet is like at least 60% of the battle. Changing your diet alone without working out would yield more results than just working out and eating the same.
I'd also highly recommend doing some weight lifting. Many girls don't do this but honestly, cardio by itself without any sort of resistance training is not that good a workout. Plus you burn calories up to 3 days after doing resistance training, which isn't a perk that comes from doing cardio.
Building some muscle also means increasing your metabolism, which means you can eat more if you want. It also gives you nicer curves.
tl;dr: More weight lifting, less cardio, change your dietYou've plateaued because your metabolism has adapted to your diet.
this is the problem with dieting is that your metabolism eventually adjusts, you plateau and cease to lose weight.
the solution is to cycle you diet meaning diet for 2 weeks then eat relatively normal for 2 weeks being careful to stay away high glycemic carbs. the point being to keep your metabolism from adjusting.
specifically when dieting I eat no carbs and high protein for 2 weeks followed by a relatively normal diet for 2 weeks being careful to stay away from sugary crap, bread, pasta, oatmeal (fruit and veggies are fine). and also do some pretty intense cardio every
I started dieting again this past Tuesday and weighed 211.2. today, 5 days later I weighed 209.8 for a loss of 1.4 pounds.
dieting is a marathon, not a sprint. You answerd it yurslef.."I haven't changed my eating habits." So long as you don't get our eating habits in line with your weight goals, you won't make much progress.
No doubt you're already stronger and healthier from the cardio routine. But you're eating too much, andor too much of the wrong kind of food, so your weight doesn't change much.Try going to bed earlier and reduce your computer/television time during the day, especially in the late hours. Also, you need to download an app like My Fitness Pal to track your calories. Even with the exercise, it sounds like you're consuming more calories than you're burning. I suggest you track what food you eat and work out a meal plan to find out what the optimal balance is.
You might be replacing the fat with muscle. Try changing your eating habits. Drink more water.
That is the problem, the eating OR it could be that you were meant to weight 135lbs.
You've probably plateaued or your body is at its ideal weight and doesn't want to lose anymore.
