How to lose weight while battling depression?

I notice I could be an emotional eater. Plus, I am in graduate school. I need to lose weight. I am almost 200 pounds and 5'2. I want to be my 130 again. I haven't saw 130 in 3 years. At this time, my goal is just 150-160. Dieting is hard when battling depression. I like to eat good. Advice?
