People always say "eat healthy" but I know it's not that easy. When I wanted to lose weight I read this magazine that changed my life. Unfortunately I can't remember what magazine it was but I know what it said. This is sort of what it said in the article:
You know that huge bowl of cereal you have in the morning? Or that three scoop ice cream cone you get everyday? You may think it's okay, but you will be just as full with a smaller bowl or a two scoop cone. See, your body is full, but you can't realize it when you're eating. Start with smaller portions and to help, buy smaller bowls so you CAN'T put that much cereal in it. And when you eat dinner, wait 20 minutes before eating dessert. It takes about 20 minutes for your body to register as "full", so you may not even feel up to eating dessert! And eat meals slower so the body can digest and break down food while you eat. Gaining weight can be caused by lack of the body breaking down food.

i recommend just eating a balanced diet which includes a good serving of protein like grilled chicken and cheeses to help you stay full longer. when you do get that afternoon snack attack cravings I always like to get a big container of grapes or 100 calorie microwave popcorn bags to munch on while I do my work or watch tv. more whole grains like whole wheat pasta and breads never hurt anyone either and theyr not as gross as people make them seem:)

Eating healthy!Yes I have. I cut junk food out of my diet, limited my portion sizes and ate more fruits and vegetables.
Drinking LOTS of water, cutting out junk food and sugary drinks (especially soda) all together really works, and go for a daily walk. Not only will you loose weight, but you'll just feel a ton better.
exercise and drink nothing but water.
