Vitamins do help to improve skin conditions, but you really need to find the source of why your having acne problems, which could include: bad diet, not enough fresh air, oily skin, over active hormones or sensitive skin. Also, acne treatment face washes have a bad habit of agrivating the skin causing an increase in spots.
But the vitamins that MaskofInsanity listed will help if you have non of the above conditions.

Vitamin E - tissue repair and healing
Vitamin C - repairs cells, fights infection and builds immunity
Zinc (actually a mineral, but still) - heals skin and prevents scarring - 25-30 mgs a day for acne

vitamins doesn't really help,but I suffer really bad,so for a week now I haven't been wearing makeup and my acne is basically gone,just some little red spots that are there but going! its amazing! don't wear makeup, its the best way. if you have any other questions just ask,im always trying new things out:)
