How to get the innocent girl?

She is way different than the women I have tried to get with the past year. I went for the wild child girls cause it peaked an interest for me. They failed miserably and now I got my eyes on a more conservative female... like really conservative compared too the other two.

We work together at a small part time job and we talk and are together a lot at work. Recently she has been very proactive about hanging out outside of work but it has never actually happened.

Im not sure but I would probably be her first date and first boyfriend etc. Same for me she could be my first girlfriend so I'm very scared of pursuing her.

Don't be afraid but she does have standards so be aware of that. Make sure she understands your intentions for her and they are really good intentions. I was in your situation once and it didn't end well. Anyway, make sure you are confident and as long as you are understanding and not a jerk then she will most likely give you a chance. Oh, and get to know her more. She will appreciate that you are making a effort to know her more. Good luck man.

Just be yourself! Hang out a couple times with friends or somewhere fun before taking her on a romantic date. Feel it out and find out more about her :) If she's pushing that she wants to hang out with you then do it! We don't try to hang out with guys were not interested in.

If by conservative you mean not a slut and a girlfriend material, that's awesome you don't find girls like that anymore.

i wouldn't say slut but you won't find her at the club or at the bar on a Tuesday. lol Ps I told the last wild child girl she wasn't girlfriend material.

If both of you are scared, nothing's gonna happen. Someone's gotta give! Be that someone, she'll appreciate (and respect) you that much more for not having to burden her with the pressure. As long as you two are already on good terms then go for it.
