The closest to tennis is badminton for obvious reasons. But attractive to girls, it would be football, American football, and basketball. Football, you have to start early but if you could acquire skills fast, then you can start as a teenager. American Football and basketball, you can start even at 20s. But if you want a sport that you can start at any age, you can try triathlon. Or why not try freerunning and be a traceur? The cheapest and most accessible sport of all.
Well i personally love guys that play soccer :) doesn't matter what age really, its not that hard of a sport ;)
