So I've lost 30 pounds on my weight loss journey and I only have 9 more to lose until I reach my goal, but the thing is I still feel fat. Like thi whole week I've been feeling fat.For some reason I just think that I've gain weight this week. I don't think I've because I ate super clean this week and I even double my workouts so I don't know why I feel this way. I just feel so frustrated and alone. I hope I don't have an eating disorder. Why do I have this fat feeling even though I'm living ahealthy lifestyle?
