The key to maintaining a healthy weight is to mostly maintain a healthy diet and lifestyle. That should be a no brainer really.
You should try to avoid foods that are processed and also avoid pop/soda like the plague... but I myself love fast food like Wendy's and BK so moderation is advisable. Meat is good. Natural fruit juices are much better. Water is a miracle elixer. Trust me. I've had some awkward mornings turn better thanks to water. Tired? Try drinking a glass or two. I found out that by word of mouth that dehydration and alertness went hand in hand. It can hold off hunger for a bit if you really want to cut back. Oatmeal is the real breakfast of champions. Eat that raw with milk and a bit of brown sugar. That takes a long time to digest.
When it comes to the gym, do you do cardio? A lot of guys can go to the gym and lift a lot of weight, but having a healthy cardiovascular system is important. Cardio can also help get your metabolic rate up.
Cold showers are actually beneficial at times. Just watch read this article. All will be explained.

And remember, this makes you a better you. Do it for yourself at first and the rest will follow.

Congratulations! :)
Way to go. Two years ago I lost 50 lbs myself in about 5 months because I got fed up with everything.
The way I did it was doing easy exercises throughout the day and then increasing the number of exercises so it wasn't that hard. Adding to this in staid of the using the elevator I first walked up 7 floors then after about 5 months I was able to run up and beat the elevator.
The problem is I got into some other sports and because of exhaustion had to give up some exercise so I gained back a little weight that I wouldn't mind not having but I just don't have the energy and time to do both.
So just keep it up and keep your goal in front of you that's the best motivator and keep admiring the result. Sounds weird but the you realize wow look what I did I can do better.
I think you just need to think about how far you've come in your journey. I mean, you're already 3/4 of the way done. Only 27.5 pounds to go. And, just think about everything you'll be able to do when you finally reach your goal, and that girl that won't wait forever for you to drop the weight. Just remember, if you've lost 72.5 pounds then you can lose the rest. :)
A year from now, you will wish you had started today :)

Great job keep it up! girls/ladies must look up to by seeing how dedicated you are even if you slip up here and there but your almost done : D Good luck and keep your head out of the clouds that girl is for you and don't forget that! And remember looks are not everything :D
Good luck bud!The guy I'm with now has the body of a God, the face of a dog and the personality of a pig. I'm in it for the body. I let him away with everything. Sure I'm not going to marry the guy but I'm enjoying myself. I'm far from ugly but he could replace me in a second. Men underestimate the power of their physiques. Keep it up!
That is amazing ! Congrats on the weight loss. I wish I had as much motivation that you have. Just don't back out and keep the determination to reach your goal. I'm sure the girl will like you back. But remember its not all about the looks. Make sure you are humble and kind too.
If the answers isn't as hoped for, keep on going though. You're not doing it for that one girl, you're doing it for yourself and I'm 100% sure it WILL pay off one day.
Go hard or go home - and you don't look like a quitter, so there's only one option left. Double the exercises, cut the fat in your food by 50% - and most importantly: Once you reach the goal, don't go lower, it's neither healthy!i think you should talk to her even without that loss but way to go man. I have been on the other side of the scale. too skinny and just gained 25 pounds :D and trust me it's so damn hard to keep them on :/
I encourage you:0 keep on doing it, I already encourage my friend that I talked her into going to the gym and she actually went there, lol. So do it and keep on going, no stopping or I get a saregeant after you, lol.
You can do it. remember pain is weakness leaving the body.
Good for you, you can TOTALLY bring this home! You've got this in the bag, just keep your eye on the prize and don't let those distractions sneak in and get you :-) Go go go!
eye of the tiger, baby! EYE OF THE TIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIGER!
no way, I want you to sit down and stop losing anymore. eat more and forget about exercising completely! This is not a request but an order
WOW! Congrats! The way I see it, crushes come and go, but in the end you have to do it for yourself. Also, its a lot easier to maintain what you have gained ( in terms of objectives) than to start again. KEEP IT UP!
"Stop being a potato and do something" - My friend motivated me with these words
