Do to give an example, instead of microwave cooking a bake potato, which blasts it with heat for 8 mins, cook it in an oven for 50. Retains its heat for longer, and seems to impart . Activity levels. Are you constantly active. Or sitting around all day? Are you working and in education atm? I also do hard chi gung, but weight lighting would work in the same way. Use the metaphor of yin and yang. If you're too yin, add more yang. More active, dynamic persuits. I'm sat in bed almost sweating. My symptoms still have a long way to go beforeB I'm 100 percent. But I feel like this is working. I don't think it'd work... I used to be fine in the cold, I've gained quite a bit of weight since last year and now I'm cold on average days and it sucks.
naw if you like your weight and like what you see in the mirror stay at your weight. I think the coldness could be due to poor circulation, try exercising more and of course, laying out in the sun will heat you up even afterward when you go back inside. Since winter is coming up wear layers, I like to knit so a big ball of wool yarn on my lap keeps me warm, try knitting yourself something:) If you are trying to warm up with food, try hot soup, and warming herbs like ginger, garlic and hot peppers. Also eat healthy fats like nuts.
See a doctor. I'd guess you have an iron deficiency. That can possibly prevent weight gain.

Eat more grams of protein than your weight.
Ex. You weigh 110 lbs. So eat more than 110 grams of proteinThings high in salt and trans fats should make you gain.
I'd rather buy a sweater than BE one.
