How do I go about gaining weight since I'm always cold?

I'm always cold, it's getting to the point where it's 75 degrees out and I still need a jacket. Now I'm not going to ignore the fact that something else could be wrong but I think that's playing a part in it. I am 5'5 and 110 pounds, and I want to gain 10+ pounds, which was the most I ever weighed but that's when I was in high school and I was running track then. I try to eat as healthy as I can but occasionally I eat fast foods. On a good day, I will eat 3 meals a day abd others I eat 2 meals a day. Should I increase my meals?
