ok so for breakfast I eat one cup of cereal and one cup of milk. sometimes don't finish it. a lot of time is don't finish ti I leave most of the milk and some cereal. I eat something small for lunch. like today I had a salad with grilled chicken from windys. it was large. but normally I eat half a sandwhich. this its the new normal for me I just started this a couple days ago its been awhile in the making. I eat raisins throughout the day as a snack only like a small box or two under 100 calories. I go running in the morning at 8 a.m. and the next day I ride a bike I switch every day. dinne ris usually bigger but I still concerve as much as I can I had two big slices of homemade pizza tonight which was a big meal I'm stuffed completly but mom rarely makes it. the other night I had a small piece of chicken with potatoes. a small amount very small. I take lipozene until I realized it was expensive for hardly any pills. ill be switching to the mucomannon suppplement or something like that. I'm not taking them to make me lose weight but just to help me I can keep the weight off I'm just using those to help boost it a little.any ideas? please help me out lol. I weigh 230 lbs and am 5 9almsot 10. I have a lot of muscle but a lot of unatractive fat I mean I can get skinny girls but this is for me nothing else. I stopped drinking all soda and eating fast food completly btw.and by weight I mean fat. thanks!
