Plan your diet carefully, or join an organization like Weight Watchers that will plan it for you. You would only need to be on a diet a couple of months anyway.
While on the diet, work out to maintain your muscle tone, so that you lose more fat and less muscle, and you can eat a lot more if you are working out!
Make avoiding heavy desserts, and foods like pizza that are high in fat and low in nutrition, a lifelong habit. Always have a healthy breakfast, a lot of fruit and oatmeal or other grain to keep you from getting tempted by sugary snacks later in the day.
The key is to form lifelong habits so you won't have to diet again in the future!

eat loads of veg, little carbs, and exercise often, at least 3 times a week and cardio being one of those exercises, and check weight every week, you should lose two pounds a week, if this doesn't show, then do 4 times a week, if your still not losing, change your diet to a little less, and so on. but don't train or exercise more than 4 times a week, just keep checking on the scales, and work towards that balance,x
I'm 5'1" and currently at 92 pounds.
I cut carbs out most of my diet [just a half cup of rice; I'm Asian so I have rice every meal] and take in more protein [because I'm trying to build muscle]. However, I do take in a lot of sugar [from drinks (NOT from coke/softdrinks but from frappes, coffee, and juices)].
Recently I started cereal on mornings and I make sure I put in whatever was in the serving suggestion [I literally weigh 30g everytime], same goes for milk. Also, Yogurt every morning.
Your weight sounds perfectly fine but whatever. Run for about 20-30 minutes a day, eat fruits and vegetables, avoid junk food and sweets, start dancing lessons, use the stairs instead of the elevator, walk or use the bike instead of taking the bus or a cab or your car.
If you're just trying to lower the number on the scale- cardio. lots and lots of long distance running. 60 minutes a day. Find out your calorie needs and eat at a deficit. If your goal is to have a body that looks better- lift weights and mix in some cardio.

I am 5'2 110 pounds and I feel like a stick. Although everyone is different, usually for me If I loose weight it is because I have been eating a lot of green veggies. That will boost your metabolism. Since you are already very thin it won't be hard to loose the wieght. That and drinking nothing but water and not eating bread.
Your goal does not sound like a healthy weight at all. You sound perfectly fine as you are.
If you insist on losing weight, eating lots of vegetables is a good way to go. They're healthy, and they make you feel full.Don't eat when you're angry or sad or upset
Eat only when you're cool and calmDiet and exercise. Cardio!
That is WAY too skinny.
