Has Anyone Here Ever lost Weight Successfully and Kept it Off?

One of the biggest things you can do to help is to go from regular sodas to diet sodas, they don't taste too much different, and while still being bad for you, are a lot better for you. Then find something to do that gives you exercise that you really enjoy and is not just excercising, this would be something like Dance Dance Revolution, or for me, I just did and still do a lot of social things like go to big water fights we organize, and a game called cops and robbers, where you need like 40 people and we all run around a widespread part of the city trying to get an object and bring it back to headquarters without getting chased by the "cops" not real cops, cops in the game. You run a LOT and your having tons of fun.
Hope I helped,

The best way is to monitor the calories you are taking in. Then see where you can cost calories don't drink soda including diet. Avoid red meat and greasy foods and running is the best way. While still lifting when getting in shape the main point that needs to be realized is its not something you can do for a few months then go back because you will put the weight back on it has to be a lifestyle. The best thing for exercise is to find something fun that you will look forward to doing a few times a week like kickboxing or something if you are just running on a treadmill its easy to get bored and give it up.
Yes. Me with eating healthier, smaller, more frequent meals, cutting out soda and exercising regularly. Diets don't work. It was hard at first but after a while I craved it and loved living that way. I am pregnant at the moment so I have gained but it's normal. I will go back to the routine once my baby is born. I kept it off for a year (40lbs lost).
Weights make it so you can eat more. Running is great for you heart. Cut white flour and sugar! At least for the most part.
