This girl at work?

I work with this girl she's and absolute cow, I don't understand what her problem is with me, she always seems to want make me feel bad about myself, I wear makeup and do my hair everyday for work but she says I make to much effort (I come from a beauty background ) so I try and look presentable everyday. I like this guy at work and she always tries to make me look awkward infront of him and I get really nervous when I see him anyway but I have a feeling he likes her so she's plays and it. She acts really dumb but she's a proper mind f?,k a lot of the guys we work with have a crush on her and she just goes on with herself about how tomboyish she is and how easy it is for her to be friends with guys and hates girly girls yet our manager is really girly so when she's around her she acts more girly. Basically I don't understand what her problem is with me. I don't say anything to her because I'm Scottish and Iranian and both scots and Iranians are known for there bad tempers so I know if I start, I'll be the one who looses my job.

it sounds to me that this girl likes the boy you like. or that she just enjoys making people look bad. She probably takes things for granted based on the fact that you said guys fall all over her, she probably still wants more. so id say you should just not let the things she says get to you, or at least don't show it. make sure you don't look awkward (no matter what she says, counter it) then you could also just plain ignore her. yes it sounds childish, but she's acting childish. she sounds like a conceited bitch so try to make her realize she's not as perfect as she thinks. good luck and don't piss her off too bad, she could be the type of person who's really good at revenge!

Let's just say she has a fake personality. It seems like she's very insecure or else she wouldn't act the way she does. I would confront her, and tell her how you feel. You really need to get it off your chest--though I wouldn't do it at your work. Do it elsewhere just in case...Otherwise just ignore her and roll your eyes every time she says something pathetic. People like her don't deserve your time.

She's jealous of you.she sees you as a threat to her attention.stand up for yourself but keep your cool. I'm African American and I can do it so your Scottish/Iranian ass should have no problem lol
