Is this girl at work interested?

There is a girl who i have been seeing at work for about 3-4 months now.

I like her and get nervous and she noticed that and asked me twice why i get nervous. I said “i dont know”. Then she asked me if i feel nervous around girls because i dont have experience, snd if i have a girlfriend. I said no.

then after a few days she started to eat lunch during work break with me. She used to go out with all other coworkers and eat with them. I have been eating lunch alone in the kitchen from the start. But now she eats lunch with me while everyone else goes out.

She says hi and how i am, i respond and ask her too. Then she asks me questions about personal life, where i graduated from, my hobbies, then we talked about the gym. She then said “i will eat healthy too, i also want a body like yours”. I said great.

I’m not sure if she is just being friendly or if there is more to it.

This woman is trying everything she knows to bond with you. She's asking you about your personal life. Complimenting your appearance. She obviously has a strong resolve. Most people, not just women, would assume that something is wrong with them by now... you think they are ugly and stop speaking with you.

You need to make plans with her today before she gives up on your arse and diagnosis you either dumb or weak ass and no backbone guy. Ask her out on a DATE... not hang out... and in PERSON eye-eye so that you can gauge her reaction.

If she's doing all of that, there is genuine interest on her part in you. If you like her back, then go for it dude. A girl would not invest that much of her time in your if she didn't like you.
