I have been a little to heavy for my taste the past couple of months and because of that I have been feeling sad and depressed. Now I am going to live on my own which means I will have a fresh start with new changes and one of them is losing 15kilo's in a healthy way without having to spend money on fitness, protein stuff or on weight programs!
What I need is an schedule of all the thing I could eat everyday and how to keep my body fit-like program. (without needing to pay for it) Does anyone have any website's/diets that they tried and did very well with or does anyone have any tips? Thanks!
