You could hire another woman to carry your baby for you. It is still legal to do that in several countries. There are companies that help people with that sort of thing. Since they would still be using your eggs, it would actually be your baby. Don't quote me on the price but depending on the country I think it is about $12,000 to $15,000 to have this done. If this is something that you might be interested in, you could check up on it. I think India and Mexico are the more popular countries they were mentioning in the article I read. If you both want children, then I think you could come up with the money to make it happen.
If you don't want kids but he does, that is just a compatibility issue that he will have to decide for himself. Do not break up with him for his sake. He might be a lot happier with you, than having a baby with the wrong woman. That is for him to decide.
See what medical science can do for you and give it a shot (this may need some tube un-tying). Never know, you might get your miracle baby. Maybe your uterus looks weird but if the placenta attaches just right it might go through.
Don't have it just for him though. You need to be on board too; you probably haven't thought about it out of despair of thinking you not being able to have one.
Of course if it turns into a long consuming and emotionally painful process you shouldn't over do it. I know of a woman who had uteral damage after an abortion that did 7 miscarriages. That's too much in my opinion. No one should be put through that. She was determined though. And miraculously, she managed the 8th time. It was a premature child, but its doing well now.

Well you could do a surrogate your boyfriend would provide the sperm you provide the egg then you just pay her to carry it for you, you could adopt a child or you could still try to have your own it would probably fail but miracles do happen. You have 3 good options the best one would probably be surrogate as that is closet to you two making it personally or you could still try and have one yourself. Just remember there are options out there so don't go throwing your life and boyfriend out the window just because of one obstacle there are always obstacles in life but its those that power through them that get rewarded for their diligence and work.
You are 38? You have plenty of time to be a loving mom. So many babies are born who need homes. Talk to your SO and suggest to him that you adopt. If he must have his/your genetic material involved, you could choose surrogacy, but it can be messy without the right incubator surrogate. It's the uncommon woman who can handle a pregnancy and then hand over the baby without emotional attachment.
Well at least you HAVE fallopian tubes. There might be an option for surgery where they can rejoin them to your uterus. Ask your doctor.
Otherwise adaption could be an option.
Sounds like you really love him if you don't want him to waste time waiting. I wish this situation can be resolved succesfully for you!
If your tubes are tied, didn't he know this when you started dating? He knows your situation, if he chooses to stay with you, he knows what is up. Why would you pre-emptively break up when he's not indicated he wants to?
Of course not. You can always adopt a child and give him or her a wonderful home. And if he wants his own biological child, you can have your eggs harvested and use a surrogate mother to carry the child to term for you.
Could look at other options such as surrogacy, it'd still be his sperm and your egg, just another woman's uterus.
If you can't reverse this with surgery I guess you might have to adopt a child.
I have been in his shoes. Can you afford other methods? Do you love him and think he is the one? What are you willing to sacrifice and what is he willing to sacrifice?
You have options if you actually want to stay together - surrogacy and adoption are just two.
