What kind of sunblock should I use?

I have skin that tans lightly but I don't know what SPF to use. I burn easily on my back and shoulders.

I'm the exact same way! I use SPF 50 (any kind) and believe me , this gives my shoulders and back such a bueatiful olive skin color and baby oil on the rest of my body NOT my shoulders and back and this works out great. It brings out my natural olive skin color!

My dermatologist said that anything under 30 is useless. Get one with both UVA and UVB protection and is a physical block and not a chemical block. I recommend this link

15. Anything over 30+ isn't that helpful. keep a shirt on when possible.

I would say about 30. 10 is really tan, and 50 is no tan, so inbetween.

use either an spf30 or 50 with uva/uvb filters and don't forget to cover your body...hats,sunglasses and clothes...and avoid exposing your sensitive body parts

Use one that blocks the sun. But really I think you should probably use SPF 30 and see if that might help if not try SPF 45

Hi block SPF 30+ and make sure it protects against both UVA and UVB

I think you're supposed to use SPF30+ in order to be protected from the sun.

I think you're supposed to reapply sunscreen every hour as well.
