Anyways i want to take but not sure if its safe as its written , what do you think?

They most likely won't do much... I used to take ultra powerful ones, they gave me heartburn which basically made me not want to eat... but in terms of 'fat burning' they didn't do much even though I was exercising a ton back then. There are some things which can work like that but they have minor effects, eating something like pine nuts can take more energy to do than you actually gain so technically it's a bit of a fat burner. Other than that I think most others go down the path of being laxatives which don't do very much in the way of trimming down.
Don't be scared, they won't hurt you. They seem a little expensive in my opinion though. Pills help a little bit, depending on the ingredients, but there are so many more factors. If you take pills, you will also need to change diet, change exercise habit, and more to maximize the success. They just help speed it up a little bit. Those seem like they are made with reliable ingredients.
I take em, and I'm lazy and lose weight. They just put "workout and reduce calorie intake" for best results so people won't be all "I'm eating 4000 calories a day but I'm taking these and not losing weight!!". lol you won't lose 15 pounds in a week, but it certainly won't make you gain any more weight :) Go for it :)
Since u said u were lazy.. the pills won't be effective if u dont work out in addition to taking those pills.. if u want to lose weight without any exercise, u should jst save money and get surgery. otherwise, ur jst wasting money

I would NOT take any weight loss supplement of ANY kind. Stick to the old saying that "if it sounds too good to be true, it usually is"... this definitely applies.
Keep in mind that supplements are not regulated by the FDA, and a lot of these things can contain very dangerous compounds that haven't been adequately studied on humans. Link for more info.: www.fda.gov/.../ucm246742.htm
Basically, stay far, far away...
They are extremely harmful for your health, i suggest just changing your foods and eating healthier + swap out all your drinks for water, water makes your body burn calories if you drink a lot and it get rid of those extra calories from sodas and such
Shrug, try it. If it was killing a lot of people it would be banned by now.
