This is why I prefer to workout alone. Some people have the right idea about "pushing yourself" but different people have different goals. Classes vary for different kinds of people. I like honing in on specific goals mostly when it comes to working out while others may like to mix things up. I've worked out with people who have thrown my workout routine out of balance because they tried to push me too hard and the rest of my workout went horribly after. While a lot of people can say "you should push yourself! blah blah blah!" That ego stuff can honestly cause people to perform exercises incorrectly and get injured as well as induce tons of unnecessary stress onto the person.
Since you are going back in... eat foods you respond well too before a workout but not to the point where you are feeling lazy. Some people like caffeine beforehand but you also risk a crash. Stay hydrated prior to going in.

Likely a result of dehydration (drink more water to prevent) that and just overall muscle fatigue, if you push yourself beyond a certain point you just tend to throw up... Last year when I was being forced to run a lot etc, I threw up everyday for a month and a half... Healthwise it probably isn't the best thing for you but just one time won't make that much of a difference. By all means go back if you wish, you will likely continue throwing up though until you become physically fit enough for it. 'RAH
That happens when you exercise to the limit of your fitness zone - the "target fitness ceiling". It may take a little while to work up to the point where you won't feel sick, but I've had that feeling before. It just means you had to push yourself a little to far. That's all.

Could be either of those to be honest... Sometimes when I felt like that, I never eat breakfast anyway and it usually doesn't bother me but the odd time tough exercising gets to me. I can feel the same if I have eaten and it's just a tough work out. It's only if it becomes repetitive that I would worry.
That's a pretty normal reaction to overdoing it. You should up your intake of protein and electrolytes to build back up.
overtraining. you weren't in that good of shape. you did too much and your body couldn't handle it. happened to me before. nothing serious. itll go away.
I've vomited from training before.
