Some of these aren't unhealthy... chocolate milk is excellent post workout, steak's fine, and i wouldn't say having a mouthful of peanut butter straight is really bad?

The day I learned that I could have guilt-free chocolate milk after the gym was one of the happiest moments of my life. Don't really have an excuse for using a silly straw at 35, but whatever...
