Why is it that when I eat only meat and vegetables I lose weight but when I eat meat, vegetables and grain I don't lose any weight.
Are you exercising a lot? It sounds weird but I am the same way, no its not healthy but those kinds of complex carbs are better broken down with good cardio. Its not about burning off calories, but to have a balanced diet with grains you need the exercise to go with it. Sorry that was a mouthful...

It all depends on the intake levels...
Personally, I think vegetables work better when balanced with exercise.
Glycogen is being depleted.
