Fit guys/girls is it better to do a whole body work out everyday? Or do legs abs and arms one day, then shoulder thighs and back on another?

I would really like to lose weight and tone muscle. I'm planning on doing 30 mins cardio, 10 on arms, 10 on butt, 10 on legs, 10 on abs and 10 on thighs everyday. Would that be better than doing 30 mins cardio and 3 10 min target exercise than doing them all?
