How did you decorated your Christmas tree?

Mine I did the Grinch team.

We don't have a specific theme. We have two trees. One has all the ornaments that our kids have made, or that are the "kids" ornaments. Ones they've bought, or things like Disney, movie characters, etc. The other tree has all the "family" ornaments. They have history: some have been passed down from both of our great grandparents. There's also "milestone" ornaments: Precious Moments from each of our children's births, ornaments from our wedding and each of the anniversaries, etc. There's also more than 50 of the Starbucks ornaments. We used to have a tree for just those, but we got rid of that tree and Christmas became a LOT easier!

All of my Christmas decorations were stolen a few years ago and since I was single, I didn't bother to replace them. I told my girlfriend that we would buy Christmas decorations after Christmas when they are heavily discounted.

And what does chopping down a tree so you can put little plastic balls, lights, strings and foil on it, have to do with celebrating the birth of Christ, which didn't happen anytime near the end of December! LOL
