Which color of this dress is better for Christmas office party?

I'd wear it with tights and some boots maybe and have my hair curled.

I was thinking of going red but the it's really bold and if I'd combine it with my fuschia lipstick, then it'd probably too "try hard". Or so I think.
Black is classic but common.
The blue one is nice so I added that too.

It would be better if it was red, green, and black. Red is good for Christmas but solid red dress is a bit bright. I suggest tone the red down with either of the following:
