I’m home bored using my chritmas gifts I got but stressed out. I’m bored. Work was quiet yesterday. I know January is slow. I feel so bored , anyone wanna chat?
Everyone says save 10% but look at this, staring at age 20 if you make $40,000 a year which is around the US median, and save 10% at 7% in 30 years when you're 50 you'll have $400,000 on which you'll have to pay taxes sometime, bringing it down to around $250,000. Living off the interest of that for the next 30 years until you're 80 is only $15,000 a year, after half a lifetime of struggling to save.
Much better to put it into real estate (not at the top of the market) and just keep buying properties and renting them out or rolling them over, and putting your time into a business that can bring you millions.
When you work a job your salary gets taxed at the highest rates. When you own real estate or a business or invest, taxes are much, much lower, or non-existent in many cases.

This second book about having a business is a very poorly written, he repeats himself and brags a lot, but the information is good so it's worth slogging through to learn that.
