It's interesting that only a few people mentioned that this is the Wales' family photo... with the next two kings of England: William, Prince of Wales, and his son George. A few people did mention Princess Kate (Kate Middleton), the next Queen Consort of England.

Looks normal like your typical all American family, but the boys maybe when they're older will be a treatment for what they will encourage, receding hair, like their dad if he's their dad he's balding from front to rear and so will his boys other than that normal unless I missed something dramatic like he's holding them against their will so he can finally have a Christmas card with wife and kids to brag about, I mean it's possible, people do odd things,

Its weird that george is good looking while the other children are not. He looks like diana while the 2 others look goofy. This family need many generations to fix the windsor inbred genes. Diana could not do it alone
