Conventional wisdom states he flys around on a reindeer drawn sleigh, and while that's plausible it doesn't explain how he does it all in one night. So I've been thinking and I think I've come up with two theories.
1. Santa is a house elf that already lives up your chimney. This explain how he knows if you're naughty or nice. Every house has its own Santa already hiding in it all year round.
2. All chimneys are linked through a temporal network that leads to a master chimney at the North Pole. This allows him to easily move from house to house and return home to refill his sack
When I was 12, one of my school teachers says she doesn’t believe in Santa but she believes in the Christmas spirit and that’s what brings the gifts. Now that I’m an adult I think she just told us that because we were young and gullible. But from that point on that’s the theory I went with when I finally figured out it was my mom who put the gifts under the tree.
Santa is a VIP and like most of them he Has people (elves or others) to delegate some jobs to. That's why in some countries, for example Germany, a stork or some other animal brings presents to children. They are probably the ones to observe them all year round, too.😁
Santa is actually an alien from the 24th Century, where time travel is a known technology. Using time travel, Santa visits every house in just a matter of seconds.
He gets to them by lots of coffee to keep him awake. ☕ But don't feel disappointed if he can't eat too many of your cookies or whatever treat you put out for him, he's a busy man (tell your kids that).

Santa starts in the southern hemisphere (because they're ahead of everyone else). He lands in a town and his little elves hop off and start delivering presents to all the houses. Santa selects a few houses of extra special children to deliver to. Then they move on to the next town.
Dasher! Santa can deliver gifts to everyone's house thanks to his quickest reindeer, so be sure to lay out the milk, cookies for Santa, and carrots to give the reindeer extra energy.

I think Santa lives outside of the bounds of time and space. Santa delivers gifts every day of the year (except on his days off) , but for us it's only on Christmas
Interesting, but aren't you effectively denying the existence of Santa if you're suggesting that he has no position or duration? I think my theory is much more plausible.
If Santa exists outside of spacetime, then how does he know when it's Christmas Eve? This implies a relationship with time. And without an interaction with space? How does he eat cookies 🍪and fill stockings🧦 or check his list?

I guess it doesn't really matter if Santa exists outside our spacetime continuum, or if his sleigh travels at nearly the speed of light and slows down time for Santa. What really matters is what's in your own heart, because that's where the Christmas spirit is.
Didn't your parents teach you anything? As Santa's sleigh approaches the speed of light, time slows down for him, relative to the house and people, which are at rest. It's a direct consequence of Einstein's theory of special relativity.
he presents himself as God-like but he leaves poor children hopeless. He uses less fortunate as slaves. how many songs I hear about people asking Santa to pipe them, it asks Satan for favors. Lmao. True gifts aren't material. Jesus is the King of Christmas.
