I'd totally have to agree. People rarely believe this when you say it, but there is something huge to be said about self confidence and knowing your self-esteem and believing you have worth despite what others may say. I know some people in my life that I personally do not consider to be the attractive sort, however, their personalities are killer. They walk in a room and own it, and they have the friends, the popularity, and dates and the husbands and wives to prove it. Looks really aren't everything.

well being attractive is linked to power which boost your self-esteem and your confidence just as being the smartest dude on the room or the most competent dude on the room and so on.

I felt like trash 24/7 and the only thing that reassure me is getting stronger in sports and getting more and more competent in my job, that's why I work at least 12h a day and go 5-7 times to the gym cause it prevents me to going into depression like I have been before.

Of course, there are always those guys who are naturally confident but I don't know how are they doing it cause we are all random people, very few people should be confident imho cause you can be confident when you are talented and exceptionnal and very few people are.
