This wouldn't be a problem if short guys stopped overcompensating for being small and tall guys stopped being awkward giraffes.
I'm going to China 1 day for their expensive surgery that can permanently increase height. That's the only real solution.
You'd have to be bordering on suicide to attempt that. Extremely painful, ineffective and dangerous. I'd rather be a dwarf than do that.
All my friends are tall and the girls walk right past me and flirt with them, it definitely takes a toll on the ego but I try and not let it bother me too much

I'm 5'8 too, and there was a time i used to care a lot about it but guess what? i don't see any guy my age who is taller than 5'11(i have two friends who are 6'6 and 6'4 though) but i feel normal tbh because most of teenagers (15-20) are around my height these days.
Everybody has a different standard of tall. How tall does a guy have to be before you'd say "wow, he's really tall!" ?

I know what tall is. Like I said my cousins 17yr old son is 6'3 and that's on my dad's side of the family. I have a cousin on my mom's side of the family that is also 6'3. And, I have a friend from here that's 6'7. So, I know what tall is. I just don't care about stuff like that, doesn't me I don't notice their height.

Well, 6'3 is pretty tall and 6'7 is really tall. So, I guess around there.

Tallness is relative though... 5’7 is tall to me, so there’s always someone for everyone in the world.

It can happen the other way round as well. A friend of mine is like 6'2" but he wishes he was a few inches shorter.

I wasn't going to say anything sensible to you, but might as well. You don't know anything about me, so for you to say I need to lose weight and get plastic surgery is very ignorant of you. Just to let you know, I used to be 180 plus pounds, I worked my ass off to get down to 148 pounds. And I am currently still trying to lose an additional 20 pounds.
You don't know what type of shit someone is going to through, so keep your rude remarks to yourself.
