Exactly. Love your body, don't fuck it up with junk food, drugs, obesity... don't destroy your body by being unhealthy, love it by eating well and being active.
I mean, you shouldn't accept being fat at least, unless you got some kind of disorder that takes the control away from you there's no real excuse to be fat and you should work towards not being fat, wholely because it's unhealthy
idgaf about my body. as long as i'm not fat as fuck i'm fine with it. + i already have a fuckton of scars so why not keep doing what i already am. and my body type is alright, if i go to the gym i could easily build my body up.
Agree with everything but 3, beauty at every size is crap. We shouldn’t encourage anorexia or obesity. And if one cares about their own body and health they would work to be a healthy weight. Healthy is beautiful.
I doubt she was considering the extremes. Also "healthy" can constitute being pounds more/less yet still being in a healthy range according to one's BMI.
There is a difference between loving your body and loving your body the way it is. If you really love your body and you're fat, you should do something about it because being fat is objectively bad and unhealthy. Loving your body the way it is and regardless of your condition isn't really considered loving your body and health agrees with that.
The truth is, you can throw all of this stuff at me but in fact you are cheating yourself from a good opportunity to love your body. Also your last sentence doesn’t make any sense🤷♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️
However it doesn't mean i am insecure to acknowledge the fact that health doesn't agree with that. And it doesn't take a genius to understand what i said
"infact you're cheating on yourself" Well do you know about it? I never said i hated my body did I? I just wanted to be healthier that's all. It has nothing to do with being insecure but more on taking care of yourself and your body and a way to love it. If i see my child eating junk foods a lot while being a couch potato, ok i would just love him for the way he is. I'm not going to do shit about that. Never mind the fact that he is in risk of dying due to cancer as long as i love him right?
Okay I didn’t mean to offend you if I did. I just simply didn’t agree with your opinion and that is totally fine. I never called you insecure and I never said that you hated your body. You have come to random assumptions and I don’t see how that can connect to my mytake. Loving your body is respecting your body. And loving your son is loving your son. Sure health factors play a big role in your overall appearance but I never said to ignore that.
Your last comment was completely exaggerated and I feel very disrespected and upset that I even took the time to create this mytake. It is the shallow comments like yours that dull the purpose of the owners objective.
Since when was i offended? Just explaining the difference between those two in short and you don't have to agree with me. I like how you you are saying you are not calling me insecure but you justify that i am cheating on myself. Like it or not facts don't care about your feelings and i disagree with you disagreeing with me so does health
Yeah, uh... that's cute and all but facts and reality don't care about our feelings, and the fact of the matter is that being fat/overweight is unhealthy... in many, many different ways...
@DashboardLight The term "conservative," as well as "liberal" and "moderate" and all related terms are erroneous and completely without substance. Anyone who says "facts don't care about your feelings" is not automatically right just because they say it-- it depends what the facts in question are, or they aren't facts at all. Being fat is unhealthy. That isn't disputable. And it does not care about your or my or anyone's opinion of the matter. You don't get to FEEL your way out of type 2 diabetes.
So... I'm not really sure where you were going with your comment, but uh. Have a good one out there.
I wouldn't waste my time dating a fat bitch! 1. I spend hours at the gym working out. 2. If Im in good body shape no reason to waste my time on a fat bitch 3. I deserve only a skinny girl. You keep saying love your body if you really love your body work out eat healthy don't eat junk food.
Yes! Great take! I pretty much agree with everything you said. As long as #1 helps with #3. Otherwise #3 will not nessarly mean anything if it contradicts #1.
taking care of it means working out and eating healthy.
so don't tell me you gotta love all kinds of shapes unless that person is trying hard enough to make it a healthy shape

Should I love my body when it gives me too much pain? If I love my current body, I wouldn't have enough courage to exercise and be healthy. I refuse to accept my body, therefore I work hard to improve it with whatever I can.
But don’t feelings have a clear correlation between mind and “psychological well-being”? It’s amazing that we live in a world where people can place feelings above their appearance and behind it.
When I say "psychological well being," I'm referring to things like the DSM. which, for example, considers things like foot fetishism and BDSM to be disorders.
Being fat is simply not healthy, which is why I've been going to the gym.

@AuroraRoseat ofcourse, there is a range of healthy.
There's body positivity and there's also health. People who are extremely overweight or underweight are doing serious damage to their health.

In other words, there's a difference between loving your body and spoiling your body.
Are you really still thinking about this? Come on dude, grow up.
So what if i'm still talking about this? does it bother you? Suck it up
Yeah, uh... that's cute and all but facts and reality don't care about our feelings, and the fact of the matter is that being fat/overweight is unhealthy... in many, many different ways...
... so...
''Facts don't care about your feelings''.
Man, I've heard this about a thousand times from conservatives. It's getting old...

im hideous but nice try
Like I mentioned above, I am not trying to convince you that you should love your body (aka physical appearance)

If you love your body then you dont treat it like a waste basket. Fill it with junk and become overweight. 👍
loving your body means taking care of it.

You should be healthy. That's like saying
" Why obesity is fine" you shouldn't love turning yourself diabetic or love a cholesterol issue
It's honestly amazing that we live in a culture that places people's feelings above their physical and psychological well-being.
But don’t feelings have a clear correlation between mind and “psychological well-being”? It’s amazing that we live in a world where people can place feelings above their appearance and behind it.

It's taken me years to get to this point, but I'm here!:) Gracias!!
Okay, if you're the expert.
I don't think people should just accept being fat :/
Thanks, I will love my body more now.
Great! Glad I could help :)
I love yours too
