Why is being a housewife looked down upon?

Anonymous
For example, I am commencing a Master's program, but I do want to work part time when I finish my degree so I can focus on building a warm environment for my husband when I am to be wed.

1. I want to have time to cook/bake and clean for him until he gets home

2. I want to take care of myself to look aesthetically pleasing for him

3. I want to stay home a bit more to take care of our kids as I do not want them to be latchkey children

4. I want him to be the head of the household and run everything by him. Although I want him to be the final decision-maker, I do want my contention heard as well. I trust him to make levelheaded decisions.

Why is this sort of behavior viewed as heteroclitic/anomalous today and further looked down upon especially by feminists?
