Not in the slightest it is becoming more and more commonplace for men and women alike to hold of on marriage and family in favour of getting education's and settle into a career and then when that is sorted start to look towards those things

If they have been married before, had kids then yes, probably not marriage material but it is hard to generalize. There are always exceptions.

Not really. Some women are working on their education earning advanced degrees in their 20s. Not everyone is chasing marriage and babies at 18.
