Even if you're married, if sex is done against your will is still rape right?

Last week was the 2nd time my friend had this happened. They've been married for 9 years, have fraternal twins (a 7 year-old boy and girl) and are having issues.

Her husband is frustrated in only having sex 3-5 times in a month. It has declined since last year. He forced himself on her for the 2nd time and claims that since he's her husband and he had the patience to wait till marriage when he met her... he can now have sex whenever he wants to. She told him to stop and was crying and he said ''no, I'm your husband''.

Even if you're married isn't that still rape?

it is 100% rape. although they don’t have a lively sex life, that doesn’t give him the right to force sex on her. having children is a lot of work, and it keeps you constantly busy. he should understand that… since he is the father and husband. sometimes sex drives decline as you get older and especially when you have kids and it isn’t your top priority or concern anymore. he needs to be patient and understand that even if you’re married, that doesn’t mean you can have sex whenever you want if your partner isn’t feeling the same.

Clearly it is and if it isn't legally, than thats just a morally wrong law. Imagine you are allowed to run down people on the street with your car because you have a drivers license.

Moral of the story, don't marry! Because even if you have coitus with your legal spouse she will call you a rapist. If you care about your self respect then don't marry.

If you want sex, it's available at a very reasonable price on Amsterdam.

Marriage these days don't favor men.

I'm myself getting a divorce soon. I have to pay her 30% of my monthly income as an alimony. I earn somewhere around $ 4000 a month so not only I'll have to now pay not only my taxes but also alimony.
