He is NOT responsible for another persons thoughts, feelings, and actions.However, he is responsible for choosing a woman that clearly has the character traits that lead to an unsuccessful relationship.

I guarantee your relationship won't be fulfilling or last if you lack those 3 things. If you have the first one and live a super boring life you can last because you never need to change but that's no fun to me.
