This kinda new guy who’s been here about for 3 months now has shown be a little more interest and attention than to other woman yet he is married?

I know he is married but he was the one to showed me interest and I guess you can say attention than to anyone at work, he always greets me good morning from day one till today and we talk good bit at work every day at least a small conversation if not more depends how busy the day is, but the thing also is I’ve noticed earlier but I paid no attention when it Felt like he was watching me and staring every movement I make and especially when I’m interacting with man he will watch my face expression why is that? I can literally see it through my face , also his computer faces my view from a distance and I always see him staring almost all day watching me I even happened to catch him stare one time and he saw that too and than he looked down and got up from his computer, I wanted to mention one time why he stares at me all the time but haven’t had the chance to ask bc I’m sure he is aware I know and I find it hecka weird

Just because he's married doesn't mean he doesn't still find other women attractive, especially women around your young age. He seems like he doesn't actually want to act on it though, since he seemed to get embarassed when he realized you were looking at him.
