The thing about proposal is, it is spontaneous and unpredictable. It is THE woman he chose to spend his life with, she receives a moment in time that will last with her forever so that could be a boat ride, Disney cruise vacation, a dinner with family & friends around, at the very place you had your first date / where you met, etc. All that matters is, he opened his heart and she said yes.
