Meanwhile, under President Trump, we have a leader who champions traditional Western family values, and with those values, we have more loyalty than every East Asian combined.

Political and cultural repercussions that both admire "by-the-book" marital behavior - as in, a person is to get wed once and never deviate - and completely condemn the concept of infidelity. The beneficial part is that loyalty is more in lock-step than in many other cultures, the negative being that it is sometimes pressed upon because your entire life could be ruined if you are caught out as disloyal.
