  Okay here is a more serious guess even though the picture would be a good gift lol.
  He retrieves the gift and hands it to her. Ms. GaGer is so excited she can barely open the gift. Once she gets it open she sees that it is empty. She give him a puzzled look wondering if this was a joke. He then tells her the box represents how his life was without her, empty. He proceeds to explain to her how much he appreciates every little thing about her and how much she means to him. Next he takes out items that he had been saving from dates such as napkins from the restaurant from their first date, old movie ticket stubs, and a handwritten note explaining when he knew he loved her. He then places those items in the box saying that those items represented them and their life together so far. At this point he shows her a ring that he had been hiding in his hand asking her to be his wife. Obviously she said yes. Then he shows her a bigger box saying this is for all the wonderful memories to come.
