I totally get where you coming from, its always the "I really like it, and the price is not that bad" and it just hits our brain hard
I believe a lot of it is advertising, and the time we got in our hands, we feel some what empty at times, having so much time, so we try to fill that need, and it comes out as shopping and the like, trying to fill the feeling we addicted to
Same as in this modern age you post something you keep checking "did I get a reply" because when you do you get this great feeling but it never last... same with outfits, you get one and you feel filled for a bit, but it never last and you need it again, to feel that thing feeling in
We live in a cycle of needs and fills

Beautiful women with style and a feeling enjoy expressing both. You would be fun to be with. Find a guy that lives to see you shining bright. He would, of course, be one with means as not stress out Relationship. Neither party can enjoy your expression if thereās some āback of mindā worry as related to ends meeting and resources depleted. Sis i relate to you on astronomical levels. There's just something rewarding in looking at all these millions of options, and the choice to choose whatever you think looks best. Even i find myself scrolling shopping apps like a psychotic lady at times lol.
Itās sort of normal, the main thing is controlling those urges and not actually splurging cash on sudden shopping items.
stuff we tend to buy on the spur of moment, hangs for years in our wardrobes untouched apart from one night out etc.
i am sort of the other way around, I love taking others shopping and treating them, itās great seeing their faces.
can be heavy on the wallet though 😂😂
I have the same problem with clothes shopping.
Once I came to terms with my cross dressing. It like opened a Shopping Pandora Box.
I can't stop buying leggings and bell bottom pants and this is 20 plus years latter.

The best feeling in the world is when you buy stuff... It doesn't matter if you need it / gonna use it or not.. It's just feels good lol
My mom does that a lot but she practices self control lol. You should do it even though it's easier said that done. Set aside a budget once in awhile for clothing.
Stores set up displays that physiologically make people want to buy stuff. You get some kind of dopamine rush from buying stuff so you just keep dong it. It is like gambling in that respect.
That is the best cure! Work for you money and watch it goā¦ suddenly you will start to curb your shopping just on account of how quickly it all goes.
You are perhaps the typical target of ''sales strategists''.
Suggestion: study the sales strategies of such thugs and become a counter-specialist.
You need to bring just a certain amount of money with you when you go shopping. Set a limit and stick to it. Leave your credit cards home and only bring cash.

Take only what you are prepared to spend when you go.. Leave the rest at home.. If you can't trust yourself, then at least this way you won't need to.
