Can you return a car if it’s faulty and didn’t disclosed the issues. only the radio. the convertor is bad after driving it for two days and mechanic wanted $3300 to fix. he agreed to pay $1000 to help and still have gotten the money. can I file a lawsuit and get my money to pay for it. i have not got title yet it will be send in the mail. but I need a partial refund now he is saying no refunds only for certain circumstances. what can I do? whats the laws with selling cars faulty.
