What are the best kitchen gadgets you've found online shopping?

I haven't bought much kitchen stuff online. But the kitchen scale is pretty good. I recently got a cherry pitter, which is OK, but not as good as the scale.

The scale was a fairly cheap scale. I checked it against the professional calibrated scales at the post office and it was right on the nose. The worker at the post office said those cheap Internet scales are surprisingly accurate.

i don't use kitchen gadgets. the thing that maybe comes closest is a diamond sharpening plate for my kitchen knifes. i used to have expensive stones that had to be replaced every so often. but these diamond plates are dirt cheap and as good.

Potato ricer. Light and fluffy potatoes with a unique texture. Makes a nice change.
