Recommendations on Dash Camera?

I need to get a dash camera for a Christmas gift, but I don't know anything about them. Does anyone have any recommendations for a reliable brand? Or do they all work pretty much the same. Thank you 🙏🏼

We have 2 NextBase cams in our car. One facing forward and one in the rear tailgate looking back. Both extremely reliable and the mounts are wired in permanently.

I bought mine from bed bath and beyond back in the day. Very basic and still working just fine. Surprisingly clear too.
