For those who are infamiliar with House music,it is a genre of EDM that was introduced in the early 1980's. It is usually generated by a drum machine or a sampler. House music is inspired by disco,1970s soul and funk. It is popular in many European countries.

Recently I have been listening to a series of old school House music, that is popular in France. The following music dates from the 80's to the 2000's.

Mr Fingers - Can You Feel It

Released in 1986 by Larry Heard. It is considered as one of the first deep house records.

Phats & Small - Turn Around

The artists of this music are a British dance duo. This song became an international hit in the year 1999.

Kentish Man - Easy Lover

Kentish Man released this song in 2003. It does not sound that different from the original one that was released in 1984 by Phil Collins. I prefer the 2003 version slightly better.

Gile - Week's Start

The original hit is "Don't You Want My Love" by Nicole MccLoud. This song came out in 1985. At 1:43, don't you think it sounds like under water singing?

Pierre De La Touche - Love The Way

This one by the French electronic artist Pierre De La Touche was released in 2005. I find it so kawaii ^_^.

Stardust - Music Sounds Better With You

"Music Sounds Better with You" is the only song by French house music band Stardust, a collaborative effort consisting of producers Thomas Bangalter, Alan Braxe, and vocalist Benjamin Diamond.

Modjo - Lady (Hear Me Tonight)

"Lady (Hear Me Tonight)" is the debut single by French house duo Modjo, written and performed by vocalist Yann Destagnol and producer Romain Tranchart, and released in July 2000. I used to listen to this song over and over when I was 16 years old. Sigh, memories.
