Does this ever affect your ability to find a date?
I wouldn't know. Never been on a date. But I doubt that has anything to do with my boobs, I think it has more to do with me being kind of withdrawn and not actively searching for anything. If I made an effort to make myself available + if I actually tried harder to find someone, I doubt I'd be left dateless.
I probably have more bewbs than you.

It’s not horrifying, I just don’t want any unwanted attention in that region. It would make me uncomfortable. And yeah, sorry for wanting to fill out my tops a bit more so that they don’t completely sag :D

The idea that "boobs will sag over time anyway" is propaganda from underwear manufacturers. Brassieres weaken the tendons that hold breasts up.
And so does gravity. Skin sags.
