Work For Convenience!
Remember that time you were laying in bed and it was a little cold because of that breeze coming from your room's window as it was just slightly open? You wanted to get up and close it but you didn't, you thought you're falling asleep anyway and it's too chilly out of your blanket so why get up, better endure this little cold, right? But you still really wish that window would close itself somehow, without you having to get up. So what should someone in your position do? Should you get yourself up and close the window so that you get worm enough to sleep comfortably? Or should you just stay still and endure that cold tell you sleep anyway, which may cause some physical pain when you wake up because of that cold your body endured at night?

Well, from personal experience, I found that most people would go for the second choice, because the first one requires getting out of the comfort zone. I also found that as it gets colder, one's tendency to get up from bed increases, and that threshold is different from one person to another.

So is the second choice the right one? I personally believe not. I believe convenience is worth the work, even if it's a little hard to decide to do at a certain moment, so I'd go for the first choice. I've been in many inconvenient situations, with uncomfortable positions -as we all have- where with an adjustment things could get much better, but at most of these situations, after a little struggle with myself, I had chosen to endure the inconvenience because I didn't wanna get out of my comfort zone. But as the inconvenience increased in many situations when I joined the military for service, I fortunately decided to always work for my comfort, and I lowered my threshold of inconvenience significantly, to take action whenever something is making me uncomfortable to be as comfortable as I could be. And that was one of the most valuable lessons I learned from the military life.

This apply to life in general, in many and larger scales. The amount of inconvenience required in order for you to take action and be comfortable should be minimal, because the lower it gets the more comfortable you're gonna be in general. And this is how we secure our features to live in comfort, maybe luxury.

Being comfortable requires well power to take action and get out of your comfort zone. Yeah paradoxically!
