It's Harder To Ask For Help Than People Think

Every Case Is Different

Depression, Anxiety and sadness come in different forms. They affect everyone differently. People say that these issues are easy to solve. They say "Just ask for help". While I'm sure that does work, I must admit, it is very hard to do so. Especially in my case. So depression, sadness and anxiety affect many people but it's all different. Some people have more strength than others. Some people are more hopeful than others.

Self Hatred and Guilt

These are major problems in my life. I feel like a failure. Like I am not enough. I have immense anger and jealousy towards things. But because I feel like a bad guy, it's difficult for me to ask for help. I guess I am ashamed and feel guilty as to why I am sad sometimes. But self hatred and guilt can hold anyone back and can certainly prevent them from seeking help.

Opportunity

Not everyone has people they can rely on. It takes a lot of courage to seek help, but it must take even more from someone who has no one. Simply asking for help is not possible for some people.

When you have issues, seeking help is a must. Anyone who recommends that a sad person seeks help, is absolutely right. I just think people don't realize how some people need more courage than others. Thanks for reading.
