I've found that people on this website don't always try using reliable websites before asking the people of G@G. So, to spread the help I've gotten from these websites, here are some great places to get reliable and easy to understand information.

This is Mayo Clinic. I gave the link to the symptoms checker which is pretty self-explanatory and very easy to use. You can also use the search bar at the top of the page for other questions or symptoms.
This is a website full of advice for females, but does have very good information for and about both genders. There is a very broad range of things you can learn from this site and you can even get opinions and advice from experts on what you're asking about.
This is WebMD. I personally have trouble navigating this site and I have found that a lot of it is blogs and opinions, but this may be exactly what you're looking for and may work better for you. It has information just like Mayo Clinic, but some of it is from a different perspective which may make it easier to understand.
