Just tired of having to deal it, short guys always seem to be pissed off about being short and blame everyone else because of it.

I was sad about losing a friend, talked a little bit about it to a group of friends to deal with it and some 5'5 guy that was standing close said, "you know nothing of pain, you're tall you ungrateful lanky fuck" Seriously? Is it really that bad to be short? Does short mans syndrome exist? I think it does.

1. There is one guy at my school who is around 5'6 who tries to beat everybody in the games we play in gym class and when he's managed to do so, he says kind of condescending things to the other guys afterwards in the locker rooms. That guy is also keen on dressing overly well in my opinion, which does seem to spark some girls' attention but none of them actually has ever been with him, they talk to him , but that's it.

There's a teacher at my school who's only 5'3 and wears shoes with a 5-7 cm thick sole to be taller. That man is always loud and sort of ridicules students when they don't know something in front of class , and gives girls better grades for doing not more than what the boys do.

Long stories , short ending : Short men want to compensate for their not so powerful seeming physique by showing how 'great' they are.

Ahh, yeah that would suck big time for him. I hit puberty early and know what it's like to tower early, but I also kept growing and still tower everyone. Maybe I would be mad about my height if I hadn't of kept growing while having experienced being dominant at a young age. There was one short guy in my HS. He was 5'3. He was a horribly bitter individual. He'd punch people and yell at them and just was very aggressive and very angry all the time. I knew his younger sister and so I know their home life was good. Everything was good. The only difference was he was a 5'3 guy in a school where the average female is 5'10.

There are short men that are angry and jealous but that can happen to any person for lots of reasons. There is no syndrome. That way of talking suggests trying to point out a trend which I think becomes kind of degrading personally. It's not necessary.

What I'm trying to say is that being short/ugly/obese/black/muslim/LGTB/lonely doesn't mean you're going to automatically be a bitter person. It can contribute to it but it depends on what each individual has gone through in their life and the amount of crap they've had to deal with.

So to me it's not a syndrome but rather the consequences of society being so shitty, harsh and judgmental towards those who fall outside of the norm. It's frustrating to be victim of bullying, intimidation and harassment then being told it's your fault if you're depressed and bitter as a result for example.
