It's not the worth, I'd never pay that much for a car that looks as if it's from some japanese anime even if I had ten trillion dollars.

But as in performance, Bugatti's are really astonishing and claiming it's a big floss just because some tuner can build an engine that produces similar amount of raw power isn't rational. And I personally don't know how much that guy spent anyway.
