So you're saying plastic surgery is "only good" where the changes ar e subtle. Not sure that makes any sense.

Yes changing the shape of your nose or jaw is gonna completely change your face. Jaw and face surgeries obviously have risk but the risk is a lot smaller than say a le fort 2 or 3

So you would prefer to live being ugly than be good looking because you're afraid you wouldn't be able to cope with yourself after surgery? If you are mentally weak and emotional you probably shouldn't get surgery and should keep live in delusion instead

Why are you projecting your own insecurities and assuming everyone else would have the same reaction as you? Just becuase you are hypersensitive and would suffer some weird type of "emotional trauma"/cognitive dissonance doesn't mean everyone else does. Why do you think everyone is as mentally weak as you?

Thats what im trying to understand. I know dozens of girls and guys in real who have had life changing surgeries and they are still literally crying (years later) with joy at how much the surgery improved their quality of life.

Its sad that you are so mentally weak and dibilitated by looks that you assume everyone will have a myriad of "mental issues" just becuase you would. Not everyone is as weak-minded and insecure as you. Please stop trying to project your own personal physcological qualms with surgeries onto everyone else becuase it just makes you look like a dumbass.

Your points aren't valid thats why im responding. You literally just said cosmetic surgery would cause everyone to face mental issues... which is an extremely stupid and arrogant argument to make.

You also assumed everyone who gets cosmetic surgery is insecure in all aspects of life and mentally ill which is extremely insulting and just plain absurd.

Just becuase YOU would face mental issues (from being mentally weak) from a corrective surgery doesn't mean everyone else will or would.
